I am the Group CEO and have been here since the beginning 13 years ago. There are no limits to what my job entails, and every day is different. I am so proud of how the company has grown and developed over the years from just solo supported accommodation to where we are now with an Alternative Provision, Children’s Homes and even more to come. Everything we have achieved so far has come from hard work and dedication from myself and the amazing team I have been able to build around me. Outside of my busy working schedule I enjoy spending time with my family and being active in the gym.

I am the Company Director for the Safe Haven Group I have many years of leadership experience in the care and health and social care sector. My background includes overseeing operations, leading teams, driving improvement. I’m passionate about person-centred care, staff development and keeping a high performing service. Outside of my busy work schedule I love to travel to new places and see the world.

– Service Director

I am the Service Director and Nominated Individual for the Safe Haven Group. I started my journey with Safe Haven Accommodation in February 2022 and have worked within supported accommodation for over 13 years now. Before this, I worked as an Ops Manager in schools across London in deprived areas, delivering direct and indirect work with hard-to-reach children, many of whom were in gangs. I have held various roles in supported accommodation services, including leading on the growth of a previous company, building it brick by brick from day 1 of the business, and helping it become one of the biggest supported accommodation providers in the UK. I hold the QCF level 5 qualification in leadership and management, a Level 3 in Managing Human Performance, and a Level 3 in time management. I am currently undergoing my level 7 in Senior Leadership, equivalent to a master’s degree. I am proud of my professional career, but I have also been committed to my sport for many years, traveling the world doing something that I enjoyed. Although I haven’t competed for many years, my experiences in sport have shaped my life, work ethic, and desire to achieve the highest standards. My greatest achievement in table tennis was becoming a double Commonwealth Games Gold Medallist in Manchester 2002.

– Operations Director

Rob Measures leads the referral team and manages relationships between Safe Haven Accommodation and all placing authorities. Rob has been employed since January 2023 and has 18 years of experience working in the care sector, both residential and supported accommodation services. Rob is our Operations Director, where he has also been pivotal in our Supported Living Services with Safe Sanctuary Living, as well as nominated Individual for our first Childrens Home. Before joining Safe Haven, Rob was the Operations Director of one of the biggest Supported Accommodation providers in the UK and has brought new ideas, and experiences to Safe Haven to add to the service we deliver.

Registered Service Manager - North

I am the Registered Manager for the North Division. Previous to working within supported accommodation, I worked in the hospitality industry in several roles including deputy & operations manager, within late night bars & hotels. Since joining supported accommodation, I have gained valuable experience from working as a support & key worker as well as senior placement co-ordinator & team manager. Now a registered service manager, I joined Safe Haven Accommodation in late 2023 & hold a level 5 diploma in leadership & management for residential childcare, a level 3/4 in young people & family’s practitioner & designated safeguarding lead, level 3. I love spending time with my family & in what little spare time I have, I like to read & stay active at the gym, running or cycling.

Deputy Manager - North

I am the Deputy Manager for the North Division Previous to working within supported accommodation, I was a foster carer for 19 years caring for children and young people from birth to 18 years of age and comes with a wealth of experience, knowledge and skills from working within the Social Care system. Since joining supported accommodation, I have gained valuable experience from working as a Service Lead before her deputy manager role. I joined Safe Haven Accommodation in early 2024 and holds level 3 Health & Social Care – Young People and is currently under-going her level 5 Leadership and Management. Being able to support young people is her passion! I am renovating her home and enjoys walks in the woods with her two dogs Charlie and Lennie.

Registered Service Manager - Midlands

I am the Registered Manager for the Midlands Division I have 5 years experience working in the care sector. I have been a Senior Placement co-ordinator and support worker in the leaving care services & have worked with the elderly in homecare and adult services with complex needs. I also have experience as a Team Leader. I hold a level 3/4 QCF in young people and Families Practitioner and is currently under-going her level 5. I have a level 3 diploma in Counselling, Level 3 Designated Safeguarding Lead, Level 2 Team Teach – Positive Behaviour Training and a Level 3 First aid train the trainer. Outside of work I competes across the country in strongwoman events, I like to go to concerts/Theatre shows especially, a good musical.

Deputy Manager - Midlands

My names Kate , and I am the deputy manager of Safe Haven Accommodation. I’ve been with the company for a year now and have over 7 years’ experience in the care sector . Throughout my career , I’ve supported adults with a range of mental health needs , including alcohol and drug rehabilitation , across various settings such as residential homes and independent living . I hold both level 3 a 4 qualifications in Adult Lead Care and am currently working towards my level 5.

An interesting fact about me is that I also run my own aesthetics business , which I’ve successfully managed for the past 3 years, offering treatments focused on skin health and a wide range of aesthetic needs.

Registered Service Manager - South

I am the Registered Service Manager for the southern supported accommodation division and I have worked with vulnerable young people in the private and public sectors for over 20 years. I am qualified to level 5 and is currently completing a level 7 leadership award and my experience spans across outdoor education settings, residential children’s homes, learning disabilities and autism, specialist child sexual exploitation teams and therapeutic behaviour management. Additionally, I am accomplished in business, having ran three successful companies, including in teaching and training. Outside of his work, I am passionate for the natural world and can often be found walking, climbing and canoeing, or just sitting outside reading crime fiction.

Deputy Manager - South

I am the Deputy Manager for the South. My role is to Support in making sure that our region is adhering and working along side the Registered Manager to work in line with the OFSTED regulations.  I have 11 years’ experience working within the Health and Social Care Sector. I have my level 3 in Health and Social Care and is working towards his Level 5 in Leadership and Management. I have worked for Safe Haven for the past 2 years as a Service Leader and has progressed into the role of Deputy Manager. In my free time I feel most at peace when sat on the sand dunes in Newquay watching the Sunset.

I am the Registered Manager for one of the groups Childrens homes.  Within that I support the team to care for the wonderful children and young people in our care and ensure that we are working with the team around them to provide the very highest level of care and support.  This is something that I have done for several years prior to coming to Safe Haven in 2024.  Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my own children, particularly spending days on the beach over the summer.

I am the Referrals and Contracts Manager for the Safe Haven Group, I have only recently joined the team but I have experience in the sector supporting children and young people since leaving school in 2016. In my spare time I like to get outside and go for walks or runs and I enjoy travelling to new places and experience new cultures. 

I am the Quality Assurance and Training Manager for the Safe Haven Group. I have extensive experience in the Care sector and have worked as a Registered Manager for over 13 years. I hold a level 5 in leadership and management, AET and CAVA. I am passionate about Quality and Training. I have 5 parrots, so my house is never quiet but to relax I enjoy spending time with my family and my 3 dogs.

I am Head of Finance for the Safe Haven Group. As Head of Finance my job is to oversee and analyse finance operations across the group. During my time here I’ve experienced the company grow into Safe Haven Support Care and Education Group, which has been a fascinating journey. Interesting fact about me – I hold a second degree black belt in Kyokushin Karate.

I am the Accounts Manager for Safe Haven Group and have worked at Safe Haven since September 2019. I predominantly look after all things accounts for SHAPE however have a great team and we all help where we can. In my spare time I like to take my 3 year old to the seaside and spend quality time with my little family.

I am the recruitment assistant for the Safe Haven Group. I have been with the group for over 3 years now and I have supported in various roles finally settling in recruitment. Outside of work I enjoy spending time with my family and going on different adventures. 

I am the Finance Assistant for the Safe Haven Group, I have worked for the company since 2021, in this time I have enjoyed watching the companies expansion and seeing all the positive outcomes it has provided within the community. Outside of work I enjoy the gym, shopping trips and family days out.
